Humewood Golf Club also played host to the Goodyear Classic, a major Sunshine Tour event, from 1984-1992, and champions include John Bland, Denis Watson, Tony Johnstone, Fulton Allem and Ernie Els.
MWG managed this iconic golf club, including the course maintenance, from November 2012 to January 2018. The club was in need of a financial turnaround. MWG developed and implemented a carefully thought out business plan that required change whilst retaining the history and traditions of Humewood. After a period of annual losses, the club has recorded positive cash flow and net profits since 2015.
